Physical measurement of ring sizes can be done with either a metal, paper, or plastic ring sizer (as as an indicator) or by measuring a ring's inner diameter.
The ring sticks can be used to measure the rings' diameters inside. They are usually made from delrin, plastic or wood and may also include several material. Ring sticks that are digital can be used to take extremely precise measurements.
